Armco showing Clay model - Hawk's Landing Community

Armco Builders has completed and is now showing its furnished model home at the Hawk's Landing community in Clay County. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom floor plan with two-car garage and screened back porch has 2,000 square feet. The home features a gourmet kitchen with ceramic tile flooring, raised-panel, 42-inch kitchen cabinetry with roll-out shelves, Moen faucets and a stainless cook-top range with a space saver microwave. Other features include a master bedroom suite with a garden tub and marble vanity and throughout the home are Colonist doors, designer lighting, five-inch crown moulding and baseboards. Homes at Hawk's Landing are priced from $289,900.
