L. John Wright, president of Armco Builders, Inc. is a second generation builder and a Jacksonville native. Through hard work and a commitment to doing things right, Mr. Wright has built a reputation for professionalism in the custom homebuilding business.

As a Clay County Builder of the Year, Parade of Homes winner, and former chairman of the Clay County Builders Council, Mr. Wright has earned the respect of his peers and established himself as an industry leader. He is a state certified general contractor, a licensed real estate broker, and a certified architectural designer. Mr. Wright has built nearly 2,000 quality homes throughout Clay County. During the past several years he has developed and built a number of distinctive family communities. Now, under the umbrella of his Clay County Development Company, he has plans for a number of exciting new projects, both residential and commercial.
